About Me

Hi! I’m Janna Morehead (she/her) a queer white woman and a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). I graduated, with my Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in the summer of 2020. I am passionate about working with young adults (18+), couples, and families to improve communication, explore identity, find coping skills, or sort through the hard or dark times life can bring.

In the Office

I am all about making therapy a comfortable space for both you and me. You will find that I tend to dress fairly casual and I will often have a blanket on my lap during session. My style is open, laid back, and straightforward. We will work together to move at a pace that challenges you while also honoring your mind and body’s needs. There are NO topics that are off limits. I do ask questions during sessions and will sometimes direct a session to go a certain direction, but many of my clients come to sessions prepared with what they want to talk about each week and we use that as our starting point. All are welcome including those who identify as counter culture or have a non-traditional relationship.

Outside the Office

I am married to my partner of 11 years (married for 6) and we have two BIG dogs (Samwise and Gandalf) that I love to spend time with playing and exploring, camping or spending time with in the great outdoors. I play Pathfinder regularly with my friends and love a good cooperative board game. If I am not with my family or friends, you can always find me reading a good book.

About Me

Hello! I'm Rebekah Anderson (she/her) a multiracial (white + Latina), queer woman and a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT). I graduated with my Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Mary’s University in the fall of 2020. I am a fierce advocate for mental health and social justice. I am passionate about neuroscience, how incredible the body is, and restoring connection in relationships. Adult (18+) clients who want to explore their identity, work through relational struggles, understand their neurodivergence, or talk through life struggles tend to be a good match.

In the Office

I'll be nourishing my body with plenty of hydration. Comfort is a dear value of mine, which translates to wearing jeans, t-shirts and my favorite flannels. My style is laid back, transparent (no BS here) and will work at a pace that honors your body + goals. There are NO off limits topics. All are welcome including those who identify as counter culture or having a non-traditional relationship. I am sex positive, kink affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming. It would be an honor to be an ally!

Outside the office

In my spare time I love to play with my two dogs, watch women's basketball, cuddle up with a good book, watch a new show with my partner, and enjoy the Minnesota outdoors.
